My experience was okay. I recieved a call before coming into the office that I would not be seeing a chiropractor but instead an orthopedic surgeon, which was odd to me. Everything else was fine though. I was given a tour of multiple offices on different floors which was also pretty cool.

They will take patients that come in after you, if you are a new patient forget about it. No communication whatsoever from the front desk. When I asked the lady in the front how long do I have to wait, she started to scratch her head and mumbling words. If you’re a new patient, they give you a 50 page booklet to fill out (it gets annoying, you will feel like you’re in school). I went for an adjustment which I enjoyed after waiting 1 hour and a half to see a doctor. These wait times are ridiculous. They do not go by appointments clearly. Overall, the doctor was very nice and the front desk needs to work on their social skills. Would not recommend to anyone. ?

Dr. Sadigh really knows his work. I was surprised when he was able to describe my pain just by simply pressing into my neck muscle and back muscle. when I saw him my pain was about a 9 when I left it was about a 3 the next day I was almost back to normal. I would highly recommend

very friendly, exceedingly professional. my back pain wouldnt let me sit in the waiting room, they did not mind my grimacing and wincing pained visage standing in the corner at the edge of the reception desk.

I actually had Dr. Gillman who was amazing. He was very clear on everything he did for me. He explained everything very clearly, before he did anything to me physically he let me know. I was very comfortable and pleased with the level of service and care I was given.
Everyone in the office was extremely kind and polite. It was a great experience.

I arrived early for my appointment and was seen rather quickly, no more than a ten minute wait time. He's very thorough and seems truly interested in your needs. I would definitely recommend a visit to this doctor if needed, I left feeling hopeful my problems will be resolved from going here.

First time visited Dr. Sadigh. Very pleasant doctor, takes time to listen to your concerns, carefully examined, made a plan for treatment. Staff at front desk, especially Kim was very helpful and they offered coffee/tea. Overall experience was good, can't say excellent. I was used to service in another state and new York is totally a different vibe.

He explained to me exactly where my pain was coming from, and how to stretch to help out the pain they did my xrays the same day and results showed my neck was abnormal and currently waiting for MRI results to continue to physical therapy. Looking forward to return here

I met with Dr. Gillman. He was pretty awesome. I enjoyed the time he took to discuss my presenting concerns and he was very thorough about collecting my history. He also referred me to meet with the Orthopedic Doctor when I shared that I had flat feet.
While I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Gillman, the visit didn't go exactly how I imagined it would. There was no back adjustments, only a quick massage and a "treatment", which consisted of a warm compress and the pulse massager.

I was not convinced that my condition warrants so many chiropractic adjustments and its so grave. I have a history of sciatica and do feel it is more of a pinched nerve. Some of Dr Sadigh advice was good some not really valid nowadays. The office is very high traffic and has its place. However, if I have a grave condition then a second opinion is a must! Not 3x week chiropractic treatments

This Place was the WORST.. After dealing with Sciatica they gave me the run around for weeks in order for me to get an injection.. I remember i was on the train on my way on a Saturday to get the injection, mind you i called the since 8:00 that morning to confirm my appointment, and also since the F train was not going to their station. Everything was fine, she told me to take the shuttle bus and confirmed my appointment was for 11:00. at 10:00 as I'm already at 59th street I get a call stating my appointment is not for today its for Monday, that was a major problem because I'm already in pain and I'm coming from Brooklyn to travel to Queens. So i get there for Monday when i get there, they tell me the lady that does the injection ran out of injections and she would not the back for 2 weeks. Now I'm pissed because I'm on my lunch break and the fact that i couldn't even get a courtesy before i went there. They sent me way out to Astoria to get an MRI and stated after that i would be able to get the injection mind you, the Dr required i take some days off work till i get the injection and i did just as that. within the 2 weeks, that Monday came and i received that Saturday stating they are no longer doing the injections and they would call me when the start doing them again. Never again; the sad part is one of the receptionist warned me and told me to go some place else because that's how this place is, they only want the insurance money then they make you find a place to do the procedure, i wish i listened. I'm trying to find a way to report this place, I've already informed my insurance company. I almost forgot, my insurance approved me for the injection and sent them they approval number so that was a reason i had to report it to my insurance company.

The office is somewhat under renovation, the stuff seem to like what they do and the head doctor I think is making greedy decisions which is likely and a bit too common. Why do I say this?
I went into this office soon after I scheduled a Chiropractic appointment through ZocDoc. After my second appointment I was told they don’t accept Affinity for chiro, so no more chiro for me but wait there is more. Before my second appointment I was scheduled for other tests including physical therapy but what ticked me the most was that by force I was told to do some nerve test if not, then I would not be able to continue to receive anymore physical therapy there. Consequently, my last words were " I don’t think I’ll be returning " and the receptionist reply was, " No problem "
That was the last I heard from them, no more phone calls, no more texts no nothing.
Hope my experience here help you decide.

Pros: The front desk staff is very friendly. Nice little welcome bag given to 1st time patients. The office is ok. The doctor is nice enough. He knows what he's doing because he relieved pain that I had been experiencing for a few months.
Cons: Long wait time. No paper on treatment tables. Doc seemed distracted and in a rush.
Overall: I would recommend.
