From the moment we walked into the office we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. The staff and Dr. Jacob Chodakiewietz went beyond my expectation in return phone calls, updates, handling the numerous phone calls they'd receive from me, and what I felt as true concern for my daughters well being. I am beyond thankful to each of the ladies and doctor for the experience they gave us during a stressful and difficult time. The staff also would squeeze us into a tight schedule when our Derian's headache would rise in their pain levels, and it was well worth the short wait time. In meeting Dr. Jacob Chodakiewitz, I a woman that suffers from "mamacitis" (still giggle at this) and immediately I knew my daughter was in good hands. His amazing personality and being a true professional/specialist in his field, he brought my daughter the relief she was in much need of. Severe headaches everyday for 6 months (tests after tests) and then to wake one day and say, I feel amazing was the best day yet. Thank you Dr. Chodakiewietz and staff for everything you have done for our Derian! I feel Dr. Chodakiewietz went beyond my expectations in all aspects and again I truly felt his concern for Derian's well being. His recommendations have continued to bring good days to Derian's life. I will be recommending Dr. Jacob Chodakiewitz and his staff to anyone and everyone looking for an amazing neurologist.
Once I finally saw Dr. Chodakiewitz, I was so glad I found him. He is thorough. He isn't quick to prescribe. He has explored and will encourage trying out alternative pain management practices. He is insistent on performing a complete evaluation and will gently stop you if you try to influence his call. He quickly established a great rapport with me and I felt like I had seen a standout expert in the field. He was over an hour late for my first appointment because he got caught at the hospital. Also, the office only takes copayments in cash or checks. But I'd rather have a brilliant, late doctor than one who is mediocre yet on-time.

I had a good visit. I always appreciate Dr. Chodakiewitz and his staff's attention and care. I highly recommend him.
I think he is the best doctor, and I will continue treating with him.
Worse experience I've ever had with a physician!! The office is dirty and smelly and the staff is rude and unhelpful! Would never recommend this establishment to anyone
