There was no doctor by that name there and the information on Zocdoc was wrong.

Made an appointment with the times available in Zocdoc, thnakfully I called because not only the office close at the time I made the appointment. this specific practitioner was Not at the location I booked.
On top of the that, They did not offer the service I requested which is vaccinations.

I never saw this provider so I can’t comment on her service. But overall, horrible experience. I called in advance to confirm it was a virtual appointment as it said on Zocdoc, and they told me it was not. I tried to ask if the APRN was able to see me for my exact concern and they ensured me that she could. When I got there I had to provide the same info I provided to Zocdoc two more times. I waited 30 min then was shown to a room and explained that I wasn’t there for an annual exam and I was asked to wait outside. I waited for another 45 minutes and then asked if I would be seen. Finally they took me to another doctor and within a minute he told me he could not see me for the reason I was there. It was a waste of time and they did not take any time to ask me about my reason for being there until I’d been there for 1.5 hours. Just completely unacceptable and a total waste of time.
