Jacqueline Harrison, MD, grew up on a farm in northeast Nebraska. She completed undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a degree in Biology. In 2014, she earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She then completed her residency training in family medicine at the University of Michigan. She has been board-certified in family medicine since 2017. She enjoys seeing people of all ages and likes to take the time to get to know her patients. Building a relationship between provider and patient is one of the many perks of being a family medicine physician. Her clinical interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, and women's health.
In her free time, Dr. Harrison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves any and all activities that get her out in the fresh air. She also enjoys cooking/baking, horseback riding, and traveling.

Despite being emailed and confirmed that my appointment was today. I was told when I got to the office that the doctor only takes patients through a different service. I was not notified of this and will now have to find a new doctor because of this.

Dr. Harrison is extremely competent and compassionate. She made sure I was fully informed about my procedure and the next step flowchart she would use for my care. She also asked if I needed any medication refilled which was an extra bonus because I went in for a pap smear. Margarita, the nurse, who checked me in and got introductory data on me is helpful and kind.

Excellent "get to know you" visit. Dr. Harrison was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Good eye contact, explained her thoughts well, seemed comfortable even with my somewhat complicated history. Not over-reliant on drugs or a flurry of specialist referrals. Dr. Harrison is great! She is very thorough and compassionate. There was very little wait time to get in to see her (less than 5 minutes after checking in). She explained everything thing in detail, answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Harrison.
