Every time I visit I feel like part of the family. The staff is very friendly and Dr Nguyen takes the time to makes me feel right at home, concerned with all aspects of my health not just my eyes.

Dr. Nguyen and office staff were all wonderful! I've seen many eye doctors in the last 33 years - this was a first appt for my 12 yo son - but I will definitely come back to Dr. Nguyen for my exams & contacts from now on. I especially appreciated them explaining our options/cost for each and my insurance benefit. That was truly a first!

That the decision has been validated over the past 2 years. Not only are appointments easy to get but the staff is very friendly and Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I definitely recommend her!

Everything was great except for the wait time. Staff was polite and courteous. Doctor was extremely knowledgable and polite. However, my appointment was at 10:30 and wasn't seen until 11:25. May have just been a busy day, but that won't stop me from booking a follow up visit next time.

She is very professional and spent time with me and my daughter. I find her quite amazing because she diagnosed my astigmatism and corrected my vision that I've been needing for years from another optometrist. What more can you ask for.

Dr Nguyen was great. She assessed my problem well and showed the difference in the glasses I got just last year. Very impressed. However, her office staff was less than expected. I stood at the counter twice and no one acknowledged me. I was early for my appointment and was not greeted for 20 minutes. It was Dr Nguyen who asked if I had been helped and I replied "no." That set things in motion. The woman that took me to the room asked if I was wearing contacts today. I was wearing my glasses. I did not respond so she finally looked at me. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was the only one who seemed attentive and was friendly. I would see Dr Nguyen again, but will have real low expectations of her staff.

I haven't received my contacts yet but feel sure the end produce will be as good a quality as the procedure to create them. Feel very sure my eyes are in good hands.

Dr. Jacqueline Nguyen will spend the time to explain everything that you may need to know about your eyes, such as the differences between spots, flashes, and floaters; myopic and retinal degeneration' etc. She will even set an appointment for you should you need a cataract surgery.
