I have chronic health problems and have been seen by many doctors. I hate meeting a new doctor. Went to Dr. Cortes today in my search for a new Dr. because I moved. FOUND 'EM! Dr. Cortez is very nice, his staff is friendly, rooms are clean. More importantly, he listens and is bright. As other reviewers, have said, he is very laid back, but I think that is part of how he relays to his patients. Highly recommend.

Always friendly and professional. Area's to work on would be the wait time and the waiting area. The wait area is small and being that he's a great Doctor the room is usually very full, stuffy and noisy . Overall a great doctor and I'm happy with his office.

Late to showing up at his own office. Waiting room was poorly maintained. Seemed preoccupied when finally consulted. Didn't seem like a real doctor i.e., not very professional (but at the same time, I appreciated his more informal and relaxed demeanor that a number of other doctors could use - but it may have been too lax at times).

The office was crowded and I thought I'd be there all afternoon, but I actually didn't have to wait too long, surprisingly. Dr. Cortes was very personable and truly understood my medical condition and symptoms. I will definitely see him again.
