Seeing this doctor the first time. Main reason is the high rating and location. Knowing there will be forms to fill out, I arrived 30mins earlier than my appointment time. The receptioneist is very nice in helping me check in, vital signs and all the preparation steps. Then, that's when the problem comes in. I been waiting in the room for almost 50 mins before the doctor shows up. I appreciated the receptionist did came to check on me and the doctor himself is very friendly and kind. But giving to the fact that I have to wait so long, I will not be interest in going back.

I have not received a call on my blood test after 3 weeks, and though i mentioned penicillin allergy, it was still prescribed and caught by CVS. I would request a call back by the provider for my results! (this may be an oversight as Jamie was very courteous)

The staff is VERY nice. The wait time was a bit much when you don't feel well. Unfortunately, it takes me over 1.5 hrs to get there from work. I will have to stick to dr closer to home or work.

Office staff and nurse was very nice. I was a bit disappointed with doctor's bedside manner. He wasn't rude, but he didn't really say much other than ask questions for exam. No explanation of what I had, only handed me a prescription.

I dont usually leave these reviews personally I dont read them. This is my 2nd one though for this doc......Honestly He is one of a kind. Literally 4 other doctors I have seen for general reasons as well as anxiety ( that kind of stuff ) This Dr. takes my suggestions as far as meds and we ultimately come up with a gameplan. 1-10 I was a 6 when seeing him Im honestly a 10 now. 10 months later. Give this guy a try ( I dont see him for that laser thing.......Anyway k peace

Great Doctor, Great staff. Was thinking he only did laser as well as cosmetic surgery when I first saw him some odd 9 months or so ago but I was wrong. He treats my hypertension, amxiety, as well as adhd while going out of his way to make sure I understand what he is treating and with what. It is so nice and out of the ordinary to find a Dr who will listen to your opinion as well on medication. I cant stress enough how lucky I am to have found Dr, Galliano on google while looking for a Dr to refill my bp medication when my old one was on vacation.
I just want to add the staff there, usually two girls working (office manager ) as well as nurse who checks vitals are more then kind by making sure you are comfortable in the office asking if youd like a drink while waiting « which wait is not ling » Usually I wouldnt mind waiting a couple mins longer to finish the movie they have playing in the nice air conditioned office. 10/10

Terrible experience, I went with a question, I could not understand his language and he was only trying to do physical tests for my kidneys, liver etc, completely unrelated to what I wanted to know.He is trying to get your money, nothing else. I am sure I ended up with a big bill but no answers.

Doctor Galiano was very attentive, kind, and prompt. His staff was wonderful too. I only had to wait like 2 minutes - It helped that I filled out the forms before my visit.

Dr. Galiano asked every question you could possibly ask and treated everything that needed to be treated in the most proper professional way.
He is consistently patient, helpful, knowledgeable, & up to date with the changing technology and the medical world! There's nothing he isn't trained & able to do from needed medical treatment to elective treatment with technology for heart, lungs, general check ups, to treatments more focused on preservation of ones age & looks; blood tests,physical exams from head to toe and so much more. Best of all, he always gets you in and you never wait long a few minutes at most, and it can be for a same day appointment! 10/10 stars! I'm Lucky to have found him after going through so many others first!

He took his time and answered all my questions Foley and make sure that I was OK and happy and didn't let anything go untreated or not checked; The exam was very thorough and the doctor was very polite and professional ease exactly what you would want to have in a primary care physician. Additionally his knowledge base is vast an extensive;it is far beyond any other primary care doctor I have seen in the past or my whole life for that matter and his sincerity is the icing on the cake!

At first it started out rough with the intake process involving insurance problems, which was not my fault, but luckily everything was resolved. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Galiano is very professional but yet down to earth!

Friendly front desk and doctor is very approchable. I truly appreciate his patience while listening and addressing all of my concerns. One issue I did notice .... he gets interrupted by his staff pretty frequently while in consultation, not a huge deal for me but might be for others. Definitely worth it!
