Dr. Jaime Ghitelman is a graduate from Venezuelan Central University and completed his residency in internal medicine, cardiovascular and interventional cardiology fellowships at Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He trained at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston where he became an expert in vascular and endovascular medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional and nuclear cardiology, vascular and endovascular medicine, and is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretations. Dr. Ghitelman specializes in general and interventional cardiology, with expertise in coronary artery stenting via femoral or radial approach. He also has a busy vascular practice where he treats patients with peripheral arterial disease and patient with venous diseases.
