OVERALL: A+
I went in for a standard physical with no major health concerns. While my appointment was brief, I did not feel rushed at all and Dr. Moskowitz was very kind and attentive. I would definitely see her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP. The assistant and nurse that saw me were also very professional and friendly.
MAKING THE APPOINTMENT: A+
It was so easy to make my appointment online with ZocDoc--I even had to reschedule my initial appointment and that was a breeze. The office called ahead of my appointment to check in and ask about any specific health concerns and also reminded me of my appointment via phone the day before.
CHECKING IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT: C-
I do have one complaint about the receptionist. When I arrived to check-in, there were two receptionists at two separate windows. One receptionist was with another patient and the other was on the phone, so I sat and waiting until one was free. The one assisting another patient finished first, so I went up to the window and told her I was there for an appointment with Dr. Moskowitz to which she politely informed me that I would need to check in at the other window and indicated that the other receptionist would assist me. Fine. I made eye contact with the other receptionist and smiled, then sat back down and waiting for her to get off the phone. I assumed she was speaking with another patient, but as I waited and heard her conversation it became clear that this was a personal call. After several minutes I heard the first receptionist tell/remind her that I was waiting and told her to assist me. She continued talking for another minute or so and then asked to put whoever she was talking to on hold. FINALLY after 10 minutes of waiting she addressed me directly and checked me in. Once I actually had her attention she was pleasant enough, but I couldn't believe she let that phone call go on as long as it did while she saw me waiting there.

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my first visit to Dr. Moskowitz's office. The waiting area is very modern and bright, the receptionists were friendly and professional, the wait time was so little that I hadn't even filled out my single new patient form before my name was called, and Dr. Moskowitz was everything I could have hoped for in a new PCP. She is intelligent, a great listener, personable, and helped to facilitate a good health care plan for with other health providers in the area. A big thumbs up for this office and for Dr. Moskowitz!

Personally I felt that this specific visit was unnecessary. It was a followup from some blood work and an xray I had taken and the blood work results were communicated via phone and the xray results could've been too. It seems like they just want to copay and profit from insurance billing.
