A Board Certified Anesthesiologist since 1995, Dr. Jaimini Davé joined Cobb Anesthesia 1995. Dr. Davé obtained his medical degree and was Board Certified in Anesthesiology. He was an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Medical College, Baroda, India, before moving to the USA. He was awarded a Gold Medal for the Best Performing candidate by Gujarat University in 1982. After moving to the USA, Dr. Davé completed residency training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey, where he was the Chief Resident during his final year. He was also awarded a “Robert Drips” award for the Best Graduating Resident in 1994.
After joining Cobb Anesthesia in 1995 he was involved in the new pain service in 1999-2000 and then was involved full time with the pain practice. He is well trained in acute, chronic and cancer pain management, including epidural steroid injections; radiofrequency rhizotomies; stellate ganglion bocks; spinal cord stimulation and implants; discograms; Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty for spinal compression fractures and Intrathecal therapy for cancer pains. He also sees patients for chronic opioid management.
Dr. Davé is an avid tennis player, enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys music in his spare time.
