She has worked all over Central Texas before joining Austin Medical Group in December 2012. She has special interests in Preventative Medicine and Chronic Disease Management. The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and patient while I asked a few questions. Also, the gentleman who took my blood pressure, etc was kind and personable and ensured that my vaccine was administered without discomfort. Dr. Rao was very understanding and took the time to listen to everything I had to say about my symptoms and my history. The lab tech was very efficient, but did not say much at all. It almost felt like I was an inconvenience.
