My son was treated by Dr. Chan last year, and this year I needed to see an ENT for my own problem and chose his office. I work in the medical field and have many medical professionals in my family to inform my opinion of doctors and clinics. He is a good physician and surgeon. The clinic is run well. Appointments seem to always run on time, a rarity in doctor's offices. The medical assistants are all personable while remaining professional. The forms are easy to understand and give patients all the needed information for decision making. If anyone else in the family has a referral for ENT issues we will go back to Dr Chan.

He has special interest in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, head, and neck including reconstructive procedures following facial trauma and skin cancer excision. I have had severe allergies since moving to Oregon in 1997. Dr. Chan through surgery and treatments has helped me to recover and lead a normal life again. Much thanks to him and his staff. They are all excellent. Only wish that I could use him as my primary care physician for all my care.

I really appreciated everyones proffessionalism in this office. This was probably the best visit to the doctor I have ever had. I really like the fact that I can schedule my appointment online and I get a detailed overview of my vitals online after my visit.
