The staff in the office was very helpful. Dr Cimbak did a thorough eye exam for me and answered all of my questions. When I mentioned some issues I am having, he told me the causes of the issues and what to expect using plain language so I could understand.

The sit down with Dr. Cimbak went well. He was professional and seemed very technically knowledgable. All the problems happened after the good eye which might be due to the competence of his support staff.
-Delays getting new eye glass lenses installed into glasses
-Multiple failures to return phone calls
-Getting a different story every time (different people?) about the status of lenses, contacts, and billing.

I'm always happy to visit, since I'm seen right away and everyone is so friendly and answers all my questions. I'm glad to live so close to Dr. Cimbak - I'd drive 50 miles to get my eyes checked by him if I had to!
