Since I was a new patient, the wait was understandable. But otherwise, had an excellent technician who explained every test she did and was very informative. The doctor was equally wonderful, explained every procedure clearly. All in all, I had a great visit. No complaints.

My exam with the nurse and Dr. Dello Russo was fine but I had to wait way too long. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room before I was called in and once the nurse was done, I sat waiting another 20 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. The entire appointment took 90 minutes when I could have been completely done in 30-40 minutes. No one apologized for making me wait so long.

Dr. James Dello Russo is wonderful. He always takes the time needed to complete a very thorough eye exam, as well as to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I always have to wait past my appointment time, but it is worth it once I see the quality of the time he spends with each patient.

I came early in case there was paperwork. Not only was the paperwork simple to fill out - they saw me right after it was done - even though it was still before my appointment. Dr Dello Russo answered all my questions and was thorough.

My appointment was very good. First saw a technician (Ken) who did the first part of the exam. He was very friendly, explained well what he was doing. Then "Dr. James" came in and did the rest of the exam. Also really nice. Both were quick - but thorough (as far as I can tell). Totally computerized, and the office seemed very modern.

Very quick, attentive and thorough. This is the third or fourth year I have visited this office and though the supporting staff changes, the service and attention has never wavered. I would recommend this physician and his staff without reservation.

I had to wait a while, but it's most likely because of the Hurricane--He was booked back to back and it was busy. Dr. Dello Russo, however, is one of the friendliest doctors I've come across in a long time. He's very patient and explains things thoroughly. Highly recommend him.
