Very impressed with this provider. Not having insurance at this particular time, I was hesitant to go in and undergo any extra procedures. Darin Franceschini, PA-C was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and made sure I was taken care of to the best level possible. Other staff were very friendly and the entire visit was seamless. Would definitely go back if needed and will definitely be recommending to others!

Dr. Dinulos, the former Chief of Dermatology and residency program Director at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, founded Seacoast Dermatology, PLLC in 2014. He has over 15 years of dermatology and dermatologic surgery experience.
He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery (Dermatology Section) at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Connecticut.
Most recently he was chosen as a 2018 and 2017 Top Doctor by New Hampshire Magazine.
Dr. Dinulos is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS).
He has published over 55 original articles and has lectured extensively in the US and abroad in the field of dermatology. He is a respected clinical investigator and an author with Dr. Thomas P. Habif of several internationally recognized books including Dermatology DDx Deck, 2nd Edition, Skin Disease, 4th Edition and Clinical Dermatology: A Color Guide to Diagnosis and Therapy, 7e (manuscript pending).

The only thing is, when you make an appointment with the doctor listed, you find out afterward if you are actually going to see the doctor you scheduled with or one of the PAs he supervises. I saw Darrin about what I thought was a cyst on my back. He ended up taking a biopsy that day and was really gentle and fast. Stitches were well done. He's really nice too. I also got my biopsy results pretty quickly so that was nice.

I wanted a 2nd opinion of my rash so based on reviews went to see Dr Dinulos. I showed him a previous Biopsy results and he took 2 more. The original biopsy couldn't determine cause of rash. Dr Dinulos tried to explain why it might be difficult to determine the cause and sometimes rashes may last a long time and never know what triggers the body to attack. Overall for the few minutes we got to chat he seemed very interested in solving the source of my rash and was very attentive when I was talking.

Dr. Dinulos was very personable and made me feel welcome and at ease. He performed his exam quickly and efficiently. A biopsy was performed skillfully and with minimal discomfort. We discussed the possible diagnoses and follow-up so that I had a good understanding of what the future would bring. Overall a very productive pleasant visit.
