It was great! Dr. H. Listened to me, he examined me and told me why he was prescribing what he prescribed. He literally asked me if that was okay! :-)

I had to do the paperwork I did online over cause it wasn't their paperwork. The Doc got it straight with his staff.

I'm not sure why this practice uses ZocDoc. My online documentation was completed, but when I arrived at the office, I was told that I would need to fill out more documentation; most of which is exactly what's included in my ZocDoc profile. I scheduled a follow-up visit. I shouldn't have. The appointment was to be after the new year. Today, I get a call from the office stating that I missed my appointment yesterday and they are threatening me with a $30 fee. It would have nice to have received a courtesy reminder like most physician offices. Had I received the reminder, I would've cancelled. So again, the Overall, the doctor was nice, but administratively, the visit sucked. I use ZocDoc to avoid paperwork and delays. I literally was PO'd at the start of the visit due the request to fill out the same forms again. I am PO'd now that their apathetic receptionist has the audacity to call me AFTER a missed appointment and threaten me with fees. In most practices, they don't charge you for missing one appointment, but at this one, jabbing the patient's wallet seems paramount. They even charge $10 for you to create a patient record. How nuts is that?

PA/Nurse was very friendly. Long wait time. Bad lighting with bulbs that need to be changed... Seemed like a nice practice, but in need of an update.
Great! I'm making them my primary.

The only negative experience I had was when I walked up to the "check in" window and was not acknowledged for more than three minutes until I had to ask the staff if I was at the right window. I don't think they intentionally meant to ignore me because they appeared as if they were working on something, however, good customer service starts with acknowledging a patient. Once the lady confirmed I was at the correct window, she apologized and said she would be with me in a minute. After that my experience was great. The staff and the doctor were very nice. I felt comfortable for it to be my first time at this facility.
Fine
Informative, thorough, provided overall and detailed information. Check out was in a very timely manner. Consider cost for copy of medications being taken is outragious, need to advise the patient cost of paperwork prior to printing it out.
The visit was very good and thorough. Once blood pressure was checked and it registered low, an EKG was ordered based on history of heart problems.
Complaint addressed thoroughly. I love Sabina!
