Dr. Ludwick met expectations. He does listen well to the patient. He speaks really rapidly though and you have to listen really carefully so as not to miss anything. Was impressed with his office staff, however would have appreciated some written instructions for at-home care.

He specializes in sleep medicine, as well as surgery of the head and neck. His goal as a provider is to keep his patient happy, and he makes sure to take his time with each patient to address their concerns. He holds Board certification in both otolaryngology and sleep medicine.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Ludwick attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree and pursuing a career in investigational drug testing. Realizing that this did not satisfy his love for interacting with people, he pursued a medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine, focusing on the study of otolaryngology, followed by a fellowship in sleep medicine.

Did not even look at me or show concern for my condition. Horrible doctor. Would never reccomd this person to anyone who is serious about their health. Doctor did not even seem to want to be there. Worst physician I have seen, and I've seen many. Don't waste your time or money here. And don't be shocked if your scheduled appointment gets canceled by the doctor.

My daughter was having terrible anxiety and was convinced she had something stuck in her throat. Dr. Ludwick paid attention and was understanding and very professional. He treated her like a real patient and probably knew she was having anxiety. She wanted a camera/scope of her throat and he did it right there in his office. Totally painless procedure. Glad we found him!

Before I went to the appointment the assistant told me to come earlier because the doctor has an emergency. I told her I can get there as soon as I can. When I got to the appointment, I waited about 25 minutes to see the doctor. When he came into the room he seemed very rushed. After I told him what was going on he was very dismissive about it. It took me having to keep saying " no I think something else is wrong here" then that's when he finally took the time to thoroughly examine one of my ears when I clearly stated that something was wrong with the both of them. He looked into one ear and saw that something was in it then proceeded to check out of the appointment. I didn't even bother asking him to check the other one because at that time I knew he was just trying to get this over with. I feel like this was a waist of my co pay and my insurance company's money. I will go see another doctor and will tell them about my experience here so they can know I want my problem looked at thotougly and not just dismissed. Will NEVER go here again.

Looked in my ears, said he couldn't see anything, even though I told him I had a problem internally. Suggested I come back in two weeks if things haven't improved. They hadn't, and haven't. That's why I went to him in the first place. I felt like he was going through the motions. I could have asked a friend to look in my ears and gotten as much from them as I got from him. I question his credentials.

I scheduled for 10:45 but they called that morning and shifted to 10:30 without asking if that was ok. I showed up at 10:20a and did not see the doctor until about 11:15a. Unacceptable in my eyes. No apologies either.
The dr. Is very efficient and is a no nonsense kind of guy. He had very short explanations and was not cordial or comforting at all. He did not ask many questions about my condition either.

He did not help me at all. It seemed like he was trying to get me out of there as quick as possible. He did not even address my medical concerns. Also, he was supposed to contact me two weeks after the visit, but I never got a call.

I thought Dr Ludwick was very knowledgeable ... he actually took the time to explain why I was experiencing my symptoms ... he recommended quick corrective action using mostly OTC drugs (and they worked! - a saline nasal rinse & a small spray of Afrin at night before bedtime, and no more congestion, no more nasal drip, no more cough ... just good sleep! I can't believe it was that simple).
