I had to schedule an emergency visit after my initial visit with another doctor was cancelled. I was able to schedule my new appointment for the same day. After being diagnosed with a double ear infection, I had since lost all hearing in one ear and was quite anxious to see a doctor as soon as possible. While I had filled out paperwork on Zocdoc, it wasn't there so I had to fill things out again. The office was crowded and I settled in expecting a long wait because of the last minute appointment. I was called in (well, I thought I was, I couldn't hear and got up and was half way down the hall before we realized it!) and then went back to wait. After roughly 40 minutes I was called in (for real this time). After Dr. Lee introduced himself, we discussed why I was there then he did an exam. Confirmed what was going on and was able to put my mind to rest about the temporary hearing loss I was experiencing due to infections. We discussed options if things didn't clear up on their own and I was on my way. Yes, it was quick but I didn't expect a long visit. The staff was pleasant, even joking with me about trying to take someone elses appointment. While I appreciate the levity and efficiency, I appreciate being able to see him on the same day due to an emergency even more.

His staff was very friendly but he was quite indifferent and rushed through my appointment. I would not return.

Not great bedside manor, long waits.

Be prepared to wait long hours! I would recommend to dedicate half of your day if you want to get consultation. My appointment was at 10:30am. I came in 15 mins earlier as requested, I was already waiting for approximately 1.5 hours at that time, I thought the doctor was already in the office and seeing other patients however the nurse told us that he would be late for another 30 mins. They should have told us an hour earlier that the doctor was late and the office should not be scheduling appointment if the doctor would not be there at that time. It's totally different experience from other clinics that I've visited, I would expect doctors/clinic to value their patients time.

The doctor was great, he was very nice and caring. However I found it a bit frustrating to have already filled out information via ZocDoc and then to have to duplicate it when I got there on their paperwork. So be prepared to fill out forms.

I've never been to a doctor where I was in and out in less than a half an hour and felt like I was given 100% attention and aid.
July 25, 2016Georgina C.Verified patient
The receptionist staff was unprofessional. People who had appointment after me and came after me get to see doctor before me. It's my 1st time so I went there 20 min before appointment time, so that I can fill the forms and run the insurance ready before my appointment time. The receptionist staff was very rude, unprofessional, poor time management. Waiting over an hour to talk to Dr for 3 mins, is not ok for me!!!! Doctor was ok, same any others Doctor. , Nothing stand out for me to return there again! This is my 1st time having the worse experience with Dr visit.

I am generally very skeptical of doctors, since most of them turn out to be just professional billers. I was very happy with Dr. Lee. His office was modest. he himself was pleasant, I did not feel rushed, and he did not try to make me take multiple unnecessary tests (this is the reason I had to find a new ENT. the one I went to prior to him was a scam artist). I will definitely go back to Dr. Lee.

Dr. Lee was very serious and right to the point. I'm not sure if I would go back again. I felt like he really couldn't explain in lay terms what was wrong with my ear. He didn't seem concerned and said it would go away on its on. I complain about feeling so dizzy and if there was something he could prescribe to help me with. He said antibiotic really wouldn't help. He then decided to give me something for the dizziness, but said it would make me tired. The office wasn't busy, I would have appreciated more time to talk about my ear and medical history to make me feel more comfortable and at ease with his knowledge.

I read a few reviews of people waiting a long time. Using Zocdoc they had my info already and had me in the office within 1 minute. Overall good experience.
August 25, 2015Todd M.Verified patient
The conduct of this office was extremely unprofessional and down right insulting. After arriving 20 minutes earlier than my exam time I waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes before i was told the doctor was ready to see me, and that was only after i questioned why people who arrived after me were being taken ahead of me.
You would think the office would want to make an impression on it's new patients but not the case at this office. They prefer to cater to their established patients. The doctor himself didn't leave an favorable impression on me either. So if you want to waste valuable time and get treated as if you're a burden rather than a concerned patient, then go right ahead and visit this office.
I'm employed by a nuclear medicine facility so patient care is an absolute necessity. So i speak from my personal experience of being on both sides of the table. I will make sure to let any and everyone know to stay away from this office.

I really like dr lee-- he seems very confident and able, and that's what I look for in a doctor. No messing around and to the point. I trust him.

Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable. The only problem was that ZocDoc never sent the doctor;'s office the appointment I made so they didn't have me on their schedule. He still saw me.
Do a better job, ZocDoc!

My girlfriend and I had just returned from a beach vacation and she had sand pebbles in her ear that was causing significant discomfort. We scheduled this appt with Dr. Lee 2 days in advance and were able to say him the day that we got home. the wait time in the office was a little extensive ~35minutes but I want a doctor that takes his time with his patients and properly diagnosis and treats ailments rather than someone that just wants to keep their calendar on track. She went in and came out 30 minutes later with a clean ear and no pain, crisis averted. Thank you Dr. Lee

Dr. Lee was so cool, when he scoped my nose and throat I asked if I could see the screen also and he turned it so I could even though it was more difficult for him, he is a really nice guy. He was extremely knowledgeable about my issues and recommended a great solution. When booking my appointment I was nervous when I saw how wide open his schedule was but after interacting with him I see that he really is an amazing physician. I deff recommend him and will go back for any future needs, great place, really clean really efficient office staff, thanks!
