I arrived a bit early for my appointment. The staff were all quite warm and inviting and they sped me through the intake process, ensuring compliance with all of the COVID-related procedures. I waited a few minutes and was taken back to the exam room and again, was treated very quickly. Dr. Petrin put me at ease with small-talk, got down to business quickly, answered all of my questions and left me feeling well-served. It went so quickly (this is a good thing) that I was in my car and driving home before my actual appointment time. I love efficiency, but efficiency with great customer service is even better!
