Im not sure if something happened that day but the staff was super cranky. In front of me was an older person on oxygen and a cane. She walked in at 1:18. Had to wait for reception, ok no problem. When she told said receptionist her appointment time she was told "you're late" because it was now 1:21. Super rude. What if that was you're grandmother? Otherwise fully recommended the dr and office. Just need better office management or something.

This has been my PCP office for about 8yrs. My Doc is retiring but his son is taking over my care. I'm very happy with Drs John and James Vandruff. Dr John is very caring and professional, I will miss seeing him in the future. We had a professional as well as a personal relationship. He took the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. I wish him well in his retirement.

Dr. Vandruff went to college at Brigham Young University, where he studied Physiology and Developmental Biology. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency training at Ocala Regional Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, a division of University of Central Florida/Hospital Corporation of America Healthcare Graduate Medical Education Consortium in Ocala, Florida. Dr. Vandruff is board certified through The American Board of Family Medicine. He is a registered member of The American Academy of Family Physicians. He served as a Chief Resident in his final year of residency. Dr. Vandruff was born and raised in Payson, Arizona. Prior to beginning his medical training, he spent two years as a missionary in Antofagasta, Chile.
