Dr. Von Thron took plenty of time with me explaining details and background about the issue I was experiencing. He followed up with a personal phone call a few days later with lab results. I can't remember when the actual doctor has called me with lab results! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Von Thron was the most efficient doctor I have met. He was on time, finished several things within 30 minutes. I was able to get an on-time appointment at 7:30 and got back to work at 9 am.

Dr. Von Thron is a member of the Tampa OB/GYN Society, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough County Medical Society, Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society, and South Central Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.

Dr. Von Thron earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1979. He completed his residency at the University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals in 1984.

The office staff was super friendly and talked me through the COVID procedures. They let me know exactly what I would expect and were so nice. I'm sorry I don't remember al l of their names but the NP was so efficient and kind. Rita, my lab tech, has a soft touch and a huge heart!

I’ve seen Dr. Von Thron for over 20 years. He’s an ultimate professional and his staff are terrific. Even having moved to another city, I still go to this office. Couldn’t recommend more.

have been going to Dr Von thron for almost 25 years and I must admit it is one appointment that I look forward to each year. The staff is very friendly and Dr Von thron is very knowledgeable and personable. He always makes me feel comfortable and he informs me of everything I need to know in a way I can understand it. Even when I have lived out-of-state I always came to Tampa for my annual checkup with Dr Von thron

Dr. Von Thron is the best. Professional, experienced and caring. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Von Thron. The clinic is quiet and organized. In the ten plus years I have been going there I have never felt uncomfortable.

I have been a patient at Women's Care for 16 years. Most often I see Dr. Von Thron but have also seen three other providers there on occasion. Every experience has been fantastic- wait time is minimal, scheduling is a breeze, and the communication of the providers is outstanding. They ask some of the most comprehensive questions and provide educational answers. Each and every staff member makes the patient feel comfortable and confident in the care they are receiving.
