Dr. Wachter is a St. Louis native graduating from St. Louis University and then The Illinois College of Optometry where he earned his graduate degree. Subsequently, he completed his Harvard University and New England College of Optometry affiliated Ocular Disease Residency at the Brockton and West Roxbury VAMC Hospitals just outside of Boston, MA.
