As a sexually abused trauma survivor, and recovering fr anorexia, it’s incredibly rare to find a doctor that treats you like a human with kindness and compassion. Appointments like these are extremely difficult & the fear of judgement often paralyzes me. However, Dr. Blumenthal, nurses, and staff - ALL helped me to feel so safe and empowered. I’ve never had a better experience. I’m so grateful to know doctors like her still exist in this world; it gives me faith in humanity. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

This was my first visit with Dr. Blumenthal, and I'm so grateful I found her. She really took her time understanding my history, but then really focused on my specific goals for the visit and checked in a few times to make sure we were addressing those needs. I never felt rushed and I am extremely satisfied with her approach to solving my concerns.

Jane Blumenthal, MD, cares for women of all ages, including perimenopausal and menopausal patients. Along with her general gynecology expertise, Dr. Blumenthal has a special interest in the management of abnormal bleeding and uterine fibroids.
As a highly skilled surgeon, Dr. Blumenthal performs traditional and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic myomectomy and hysterectomy. In addition to surgical treatments, she also offers endometrial ablation and other alternatives to hysterectomy.

Overall this doctor is fine and not judge mental. It just seems like none of my concerns were really addressed and there was no follow up after my visit. If you need something quick this is a good office with a nice doctor but this may not be the place to have your go to doc!

The check in desk is a bit confusing because it’s through two waiting rooms and down a dark hall with no signs, but all of the staff was incredibly efficient, friendly, and attentive. Jane was so understanding of my first visit anxiety, took the time to get to know me before the procedure, and explained everything clearly before doing it. She was blunt, funny, and real. I’ll definitely feel comfortable and at ease here in the future.

I thought she was great. She sat me down to talk about my health, made me feel comfortable and heard. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Also the nurse who took my blood pressure and weight was kind and understanding. Definitely recommending Dr. Blumenthal to my friends and family!

Dr. Blumenthal was very direct, straight to the point, and seemed to care about all aspects of what I shared. I appreciated her candor, and directness. What bothered me was the reception staff. As a patient coming in for two visits, I was baffled when I was not even greeted when I reached the desk. The staff would look up at me, annoyed and go straight back to work. I declared who I was and what I was there for, and there was no verbal acknowledgement. It was very uncomfortable and one staff member in particular seemed to be very upset, dealing with something, and presented as completely uninterested in her job. Surprising behavior all around, but I suppose if you know what to expect, you can try and adjust to that dynamic.

I have been under the care of Dr. Jane Blumenthal for 20 years. I am always pleased with my office visits. Dr. Blumenthal is kind, respectful, pleasant, professional, a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. Positively one of the very best doctors!! Highly recommended. Many of my friends & family members are her patients as well, and they all feel the same about her.
