The provider was nice but not the provider I selected (I knew this going in though). The entire office was kind of run down and unorganized. All of the staff were nice but (besides the provider and the woman who took my bloodwork) they all seemed like it was their first day. It wasn’t a traumatic experience but I won’t be back.

Good visit.
I was walked in on post-visit with no knock on the door. It takes a second for some patients to leave post-pap smear. Though I did a take a moment to collect myself, I still deserved a knock on the door to see if I was present.
I also shared unfortunate health-related news to the first nurse I spoke with and there was no trauma-informed care related comment.
I had a great clean visit with no issues, but these things come to mind when considering my overall view of my visit.

I arrived early and was seen within 2 minutes of arriving. The friendly staff answered my laundry list of questions/concerns during my annual checkup and mentioned their recommendations. If they didn't know the answer directly, they sought out a member who did. Would recommend.

I was not seen by the provider I booked. "Doctor" was late for the appointment. Charged a large fee for the visit and they had trouble with my insurance. Would not recommend.

This office is run more like an urgent care than a doctor's office. I booked my OBGYN appointment with a woman and when I got there they said she was actually off that day and all they had were male doctors. They were very apologetic and my doctor was very nice but I still prefer a female OBGYN and was really disappointed by their uncoordinated scheduling practices and lack of communication about it. They also told me for some of my concerns I would have to go to an actual OBGYN. I am not sure why they are being shown as an OBGYN if I will then just have to go to another one.
I got my bill and it ended up being a high amount so I called to get a breakdown of the procedures and pricing and they said they could only mail it to me. It took a week and when I got it, it only gave me a breakdown of insurance payment vs what I owe and nothing about the actual line items of what I was paying for. I have not enjoyed this experience from start to finish and I will not be returning.

I had Ella as my PCP and absolutely loved her! She did a great job of talking through everything with me and getting to the root of the problem. We talked through my different treatment options and what would be best considering my medical history. I was very happy with the experience that I had and would recommend her to anyone!

I thought the appointment went well. I made a last minute appointment Friday and was appreciative of the their time until I was not prescribed 1/2 of the medications I was told. Went to Walgreens to confirm and called doctor office back. They told me it would take 24-48 hours to confirm… on a Saturday morning. I went in Friday because I was sick and now will not get the medicine I need probably until Monday now. I don’t find this acceptable in a doctor office when the second medicine was prescribed due to an elevated concern.
