I opened my private practice in 2017. At this time, I practice in my office, serve as a medical director for a drug and alcohol facility, provide supervision to students, and work as a collaborating physician with a wonderful group of nurse practitioners.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
