Dr Nelson is thoughtful, patient and very kind to both my kids and myself. She asks questions and is very understanding and practical when deciding on a treatment. I can't say enough good things about her. My kids were scared of doctors visits until they met her. I highly recommend her as a family Dr. and am very glad we found her.

She was fine--completely devoid of any personality, but seemed competent. I'd say if you go in need of something specific, she'd probably be fine, but I felt it was a bit of a waste of time and definitely not worth the 35+ minute wait. You'd be better served going to another practice.

Dr. Nelson treated me with a respect and dignity that is rare these days. I think too many doctors have watched House and think it's okay to treat their patients like the pill-popping Doctor. I had turned my back on doctors and only at the urging of my functional medical practitioner did I go. Janet is a gem. She listened, did not ridicule me, and took careful notes based upon my issues and my current FMR recommended treatments.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jane Nelson. I had been looking for a GP for some time, and I liked what I saw online and in her resume. She did an annual exam for me, and I felt very comfortable with her...she was thorough, professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend her.

Wonderful person, sensitive topic and she showed a lot of compassion but with great clinical authority. I would highly recommend Her. Her staff were extremely pleasant as well. I'm glad I chose her and she will now be my doctor. The only complaint would be the facilities are highly outdated. They deserve a better working space!

The doc is great! The facility and staff are absolutely horrible! You will always wait a ridiculous amount of time. The staff with the exception of one foreign technician or nurses assistant has no customer service and makes you feel like you are walking in to your own euthanasia. Again the doctors are great here but the staff is that of the DMV's caliber. I want to leave but the Docs really are great.
