For the first time in seeking out treatment for my mental health I feel confident. We have only spoken once so far but her approach is such a relief to the typical treatment I had received previously. I feel like I can genuinely get answers and start healing with her guidance. I would definitely recommend her!

Janet is extremely clear and concise while also being very kind and understanding. She is able to hit the nail of the head of what I am feeling/describing with barely any description and provides comprehensive solutions and advice pertaining to your problems. She also will hold you accountable to your actions while maintaining a friendly disposition. I definitely would recommend her!

I think that Janet is great as my first mental health provider. I enjoyed talking to her and was able to open up easily, compared to how I usually am. I honestly think that I could get along with her well because she does great with her job! She is also very respectful.
