She was polite. However, she did not seem to know as to why i am having this problem. To me as a patient she seemed to have brushed me aside thinking that i may not have much problem or its trivial. Just so as we all know, i am now again looking for a doctor for the same problem. She did take a sample and said she is making a guess and gave me a virus medicine. Her office also didnt send the medicine order on time and i had to call and wait 36 hours. To me, it was not a good positve experience for my specific problem.

I think she is a nice person, but seemed rushed and really distracted. She acted like she hears the same thing over and over and is a little detached and rushed, did I already say rushed?

Her bedside manner was terrible. She didn't listen to me and instead over talked me. Her entire stay for my visit was 5 min and not once did she listen to my concerns. It was here take this test but I don't think that's the problem.

I was in need of an appointment same day. Emergent Care and regular Doctor could not help me and was a waist of time and money ZocDoc online showed me the specialty doctor fairly close by that would take me in the afternoon. I arrived early to check in and in less than 15 minutes the Doc was correcting my impacted ears. I was completely relieved of pain and discomfort in less than an hour. Then a hear test to top it off. Great friendly people who explained it all.
Would highly recomend Doctor, Staff and ZocDoc.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaczor! What a wonderful MD! I will be relocating soon to AZ but I will travel back to Chicago in order to keep her as my ENT MD. I would trust her with my life. She is smart, caring, witty, attentive, and simply charming!! She truly takes the time to listen to me. She always asks how I am doing in my life and what I am up to. You would be so happy to choose Dr. Kaczor as your doctor 100000%!

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Kaczor. She was happy to treat me conservatively (I felt she took appropriate steps) to solve my problem. I am 64 years old and have recommended her to my daughter. What more can I say?!

The first time I met Dr Kaczor I was a patient in Elmhurst Hospital. I was very sick and am so grateful for the skill and knowledge this Dr has. I will be forever grateful for her and the wonderful care I received at Elmhurst Hospital.
