Met with Dr. Tsang for an introductory screening. It was a very positive experience and a useful meeting. Dr. Tsang communicated very thoughtfully and clearly. Scheduling/paperwork/administrative issues all organized and professional.

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist who provides compassionate, empathic and well-informed care. Together, we will gain insight and knowledge about you and where the struggles may be. Each person comes with a unique background and through this perspective, I will work with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. It is important to understand you as a whole person so that I can provide you with the most up-to-date treatment recommendations.
My areas of specialty include mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions including divorce and loss. I provide medication and psychotherapy, and the integration of both when indicated.
I received my MD from Michigan State University and completed my psychiatry training at Stanford University. My practice is located in downtown San Mateo with free parking in the adjacent lot and is easily accessible by Caltrain.
