First time I scheduled the office wasn’t even open and they didn’t call me to change my appointment I had to call them and the second time the dr didn’t even show up I waited 45 minutes and after her receptionists called her the second time the dr wouldn’t answer and never got back with me

I was a new patient and upon arrival Dr. Crowders staff never asked me to fill out any new patient paperwork. They escorted me to Dr. Crowders office and literally left me there for an hour and a half until someone finally came in her office to let me know she was on her way from the hospital after two deliveries.
Once she got there it was an additional 45 minutes before she actually came in her office. Once she did she had no clue what I was there for or why I was in her office nor did she ask me. She proceeded to speak in Spanish to her nurse which I felt was rude but then I assume maybe she didn't speak english(the nurse not the dr) until the nurse talked to me in english.
Dr. Crowder was literally in her office for 2 mintues said two things to me and then left AGAIN. At that point I got up to leave and she stopped me saying "Oh I was just about to put you in a room." I went back into her office and basically called her on it. Letting her know from the start I wasn't having a good experience. She apologized and after that it was ok until she sent me to have a test done but it turned out to not be the test she told me I was having. At this point I'm cutting my losses and moving on to another dr. Dr. Crowder isn't who I want in my life. My husband and I are ready to have babies and we want the same person to deliver our children. She is unprofessional and her staff is as well. If you decide to go to her good luck to you and I hope your experience is better than mine.

I'm sure Dr. Crowder would have been great....but her office had no idea I had a appointment, and she was out of town. The office staff was very gracious, and rescheduled my appointment. They even offered to see me on Saturday or Sunday! I look forward to meeting a doctor who would do that.
So what happened ZocDoc? I needed to see a Dr. for medication. Will not recommend using your service.

Very impressed with Dr. Crowder's "bedside" manner. Very positive and upbeat. Instant connection, which is almost unheard of these days. The wait didn't bother me at all because once she was in the room it was clear how she takes the time to listen!
