Janis L. Reinmuth is a board certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and pain management. She received her Master’s of science in nursing degree from Grand Canyon University and became board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has practiced primary healthcare for the family and pain management since 2011. Janis attended Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing degree in 2006. Janis graduated Magna Cum Laude, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, and the recipient of the ASU prestigious award of “Outstanding leadership”. She also obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from California Lutheran University in 1994.
After graduating from Arizona State University Janis went on to specialize in critical care nursing working in the Intensive Care Unit and member of the Trauma team at a Level 1 trauma Center at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn campus until she decided to further her education as an advanced practice nurse.
Janis joined our office as a primary care provider and consultant. Janis has specialized in pain management earning certificates in Pain management from the University of Indiana, trigger point and joint therapy, peripheral nerve blocks and Occipital nerve blocks, and performing EMG testing. She provides a variety of medical services such as management of chronic and acute illnesses, weight loss supervision, management of migraine headaches, treatment of arthritic joints, muscle spasms and pain, and peripheral neuropathy treatment. She is well known for her attention to detail and for her caring and dedication toward her patients.

I felt a immediate connection with Janis. I was very comfortable discussing my medical history with her. I was nervous about getting injections in my back but she informed me of everything before hand. I like when I can trust a medical doctor and feel comfortable enough to discuss my problem.
