Surprisingly, the office receptionist that took my husband's insurance and documents for Robert to be seen let us know that the doctor was not a specialist but a primary doctor. And that we had to pay for the visit, either we accept the visit as a establishing a new primary doctor or we pay for the visit. We let her know my husband just needed the appointment for my husband's hemmoroid issue, and that we found Dr. Singh on ZocDoc, she told me and my husband she didnt know about any ZocDoc. Though my husband who is a Navy Veteran and had the right medicare insurance to be seen by Dr. Singh we still had to pay for the visit.

The doctor wasn’t dr Singh but another doctor and he was very good and so nice. He did a thorough examination and gave me everything I needed including Tylenol. Everything was done fast and not too much time was taken up. I recommend this office overall and the doctor.

For a last minute new patient appointment, Dr. Gonzalez and staff, were very accommodating. Being ill and a new patient, the process was easy. They are very affordable. Bedside manner was a plus! The care and concern shown was impressive.
