Dr Hayashi was great, patient, efficient, friendly, and informative. Answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I would absolutely recommend him. Separately, the office itself was packed and very busy (every seat in the waiting room was filled) but it was still clean and reception was friendly and efficient.
