Dr. J is amazing, and I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic neck or back pain. He is very personable and really takes the time to get to know his patients. He is also really great at educating his patients on healthy habits as well as providing chiropractic adjustments. He was very flexible with my work schedule and tailoring my treatment plan to fit my needs. 10 out of 10

Dr. Jarrett Grunstein, Chiropractic Physician and owner of Grunstein Family Chiropractic Center, located in the heart of Livingston, was born and raised in Essex County, NJ. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA for his undergraduate studies and completed his undergraduate work at Naropa University in Boulder, CO with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Yoga. After extensive travels to study Yoga in Southeast India, he decided to study chiropractic medicine. He proceeded to get his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West located in San Jose, CA. While a student, he participated heavily in the Research Department and also compiled a book on the subject of Wellness Care.
Dr. Grunstein owned and operated Clearwater Chiropractic Center in Clearwater, FL for more than 5 years while simultaneously serving as chiropractor for the Toronto Blue Jays for 4 seasons.

Dr. Grunstein is an amazing chiropractor who really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I found him on Groupon so I didn't really know what to expect—but he's helped tremendously with my neck and pain that radiates through my right arm. More than that, he's a chill, relaxed guy who's easy to talk to about anything in your life. He really helps heal me body and soul and I'm glad to have met him.

Dr. J does not only educate you on the inner workings of your problems but shows genuine care for your continued recovery, healing, and progress whatever it may be. Very honest and transparent work, not to mention fair and affordable pricing. I really struggled with a back issue that is now mostly a memory because of his work. An ethical and moral professional, I can’t recommend him enough.
