Dr. Comptom was great, but one of the members of the lobby staff had somewhat of an attitude. This began with me arriving 10 minutes early before opening and having to wait in the rain rather than being let in to sit in the lobby. She acted pleasant when the doors opened at 10am. When I didn't find a pair of glasses that I wanted to buy on-site, her pleasant demeanor faded.

The wait was not bad and the staff was very professional. I especially like that when I went to pick out my glasses they did not try to upsell me like other places have. They just let me pick out the frames that were provided by my insurance.

Excellent and efficient visit. Front desk staff is very pleasant as well as staff. I forgot my insurance card and the front desk girl was able to look it up. I didn't see Dr Compton himself but another optometrist at the practice who was very pleasant and great. I was able to pick out some beautiful frames and got completely reimbursed thanks to my FSA!
