Dr. Faller was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called the office with a follow-up question, he made himself available immediately to speak with me directly despite it not being urgent. Him and his team voluntarily collaborated quickly with my my other doctor to share results and lab updates. Was impressed by him and his office staff for their positive energy and efficiency.

I felt like Dr. Faller was very dismissive of my symptoms. He didn’t care about my condition being resolved. He was quick to dismiss off and asked me to see another doctor. I found the appointment on the same day and the office staff were good. Things went smoothly the day of the visit. Dr. Faller made some guesses about what could be the problem and ordered blood work. Once the blood work came I got a call from the office and the report was emailed to me. But I didn’t know what it meant. I didn’t know if the disease was identified. I was asked to see another specialist and the call ended abruptly. No further calls or check-ins until today. Really weird and hasty phone conversation that day. Not sure if I want to go back
I felt confident that the Dr understood me

Unfortunately we are in a time where many doctors are not in the art of practicing preventive Health Care. Things only happen when you're on your deathbed and by that time it's too late. Jason Faller is no different. For years I've been dealing with what feels like nerve pain on the left side of my body. I recently had blood work done and showed some areas out of range prompting my PCP to recommend me a rheumatologist. I did research on my own and stumbled upon Jason Faller. For the most part I am in good shape, but I train with a lot of people who seem healthy on the outside but I have serious issues going on. I don't want to be in that statistic hence why I went to see Jason Faller. He met with me and was very brief and dismissive of my symptoms. He performed the standard physical exam and said what I'm experiencing is mostly psychological. I requested blood work to be done and it was but there was no follow up. It's really necessary that we patients demand more from these healthcare providers. One positive was that the wait time was not long as no one was in the waiting room. Would not recommend.
Excellent experience. Highly recommend
Dr. Faller was very hands on and knowledgeable. I’ve seen other specialist that gave me the run around but he was able to help me manage my pain so that I can walk better. Now we are working on long term plan to avoid gout flare ups. I can’t wait to run and interact with my son and be able to go to the gym. Thanks Dr. Faller I was getting depressed over my issue but now I know there a light at the end of the tunnel. Also his front desk team was very helpful and well informed. Very efficient doctors office.

Doctor Farrel was very friendly and took his time to examine me. He listened to me and I never felt rushed at all. I would recommend to a friend.
The visit itself was fine, nothing particularly good or bad to report. The issue is with respect to communication after the fact. Multiple tests were ordered, and the office made no attempt to follow up regarding results. It was only after multiple calls on my part that I received information from the doctor. If you dont intend to follow up with your patients, there is no point to the tests in the first place. At this point, the follow up information was also deficient and not in line with the recommendations of multiple medical professional's with whom I subsequently sought counsel.
Excellent overall.

I felt like Dr. Faller didn't care about my issue. I was disappointed because i had read great review s and had hoped to make him my primary care doctor.
This was my first visit to Dr. Faller. I was really impressed by how efficient he was while still being attentive and thoughtful. I will definitely return.
Really nice guy. Brought me in relatively quickly, listened intently to all of my issues and offered a few options for treatment.

Been a patient for years.
The office space is small but the attention from the staff and Dr. Faller are excellent. He paid close attention to me while I was talking and was concern about my situation. Always love that from doctors.
