Dr. Halper was informative. I went there for a PAP smear exam despite that I'm not sexually active. He informed me that it's best if I don't take the exam and instead, I was provided with something else. I respect that I couldn't get the smear test. I actually like the waiting area, the seats are really comfy, and the timing was good.

It has been our objective to offer the community a leader in baby delivery and care for expecting mothers. Dr. Halper has been delivering and caring for expecting mothers for over 18 years. He has made it a priority that his patients are just a phone call away from him. You'll have his personal cell number for any questions you may have along this wonderful trip to giving birth. Personalized service is what has kept this practice running for over 18 years. Also, since we have a lab right on premise your blood tests are also giving in the office.
Now new mothers should be concerned with their developing fetus and insure that they are taking precautions for themselves as well. Having a child is such a wonderful thing and yet your responsibilities have only just begun. We are located in the Sheepshead Bay area. Our Russian speaking personnel are ready to assist, those needing a translator.

The biggest issue I had was the way he spoke to his staff. He spoke down to them, yelling and scolding them for "messing up" . He seemed to have little respect for his workers. As for his bedside manner, he wasn't rude but he wasn't exactly friendly. I had a uti and needed a prescription and I got that. So he satisfied my needs but I don't think I would go back.
