About Dr. Jason Jared

Dr. J, a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, has been a sports injury and performance expert for 20 years with extensive experience helping athletes recover faster and enhance their athletic performance. As an established thought leader, he developed a strong reputation in the Chicago sports community, speaking and leading workshops for various running and triathlon clubs. Dr. Jared is particularly known for his work with runners and triathletes, using his unique and comprehensive approach to help athletes quickly resolve injuries and boost performance. He has partnered with athletes at every level, including Boston Marathon and Kona Ironman qualifiers, D1 Collegiate athletics and dance programs, professional athletes in various sports, as well as Hollywood and Nashville celebrities, and he is eager to bring his proven skills to the athletes, weekend warriors, and all active New Yorkers who want to improve their fitness, performance, and overall quality of life. Dr. J is a lifelong tennis player and is also actively involved in animal rescue, especially greyhounds in the U.S. and Galgos in Spain, and serves as a consultant for private practice Chiropractors in the field of sports chiropractic, injury prevention, and performance acceleration.
