I arrived early as this was my first appointment. I was called in promptly at 9:00 am! The personnel who handle the front desk were polite, professional and had their act together in taking care of my insurance, etc. The head RN, Brandy, was very personable, friendly and quickly put me at ease. Dr. Neef had a brief conference with me about my past health and my concerns that led me to be at his office. He took great care of me and I felt at peace upon leaving his office. He is a busy OBGYN and I can see why but he did take time to make me feel special. I will be going back to him if I have any more concerns. I highly recommend him
