He is personable, listens to what you tell him, asks age-specific questions that could flag concerns, explains why he is ordering tests, and explains how to get follow-up results. Dr. Jason also provided age-sensitive hand-out information regarding staying healthy and concerns that tend to develop in this time of one's life. I was very happy with my appointment.

Doctor is great, but the overall experience wasn't. I could not talk to a person, only voice mail with a comment that they will get back to me in 48 hours. This practice used to be personal. Doctors knew about my life goings on and I felt like they cared. Now I feel like they don't. Improve the non doctor part and treating patients better would be a welcome return to what once was normal.

First time at UH facility. It was very efficient and easy to book my appointment. Also it was very convenient to fill out forms on-line so mostly everything was ready when I arrived. I didn't wait long in the waiting area of in the room. Dr. Sustersic diagnosed me and explained what was causing my ailments.

Dr. Jason is simply amazing. I am always terribly anxious when going to the Dr or any of the like and his whole demeanor and energy was very relaxed and comforting. As someone who has a hard time opening up to people - he made it easy. And the man has excellent taste in shoes.
