1) Admitting: Suggest that staff remind patients to take their card on approval as part of their script.
2) My first - in person - visit with Dr. Walsh. Have spoken to him on the phone regarding a sleep test. Dr. Walsh is utterly charming. He is funny & gets my humor (very important). His directions were clear & motivating.
