The entire staff was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is why when going from one Beaumont doctor to another, I have to complete the New patient documents. All of this should be in the system already.

I was a new patient and I was having severe shoulder pain with limited movement. The first appointment that they gave me was a little ways out but assured me they would keep an eye out for cancellations. They called me within the an hour to say they had one. Extremely helpful and friendly office.

My doctor is very friendly. I feel that she cares about my health and tries to communicate well with me, she called to check up on me and shares test results and called personally instead of having just her staff call, that makes me feel appreciated and that she takes my health seriously.

Dr. Jawan Gorgis is an excellent physician on my health care team!--As a practicing physician she appears very knowledgeable in her field..I most appreciate the compassionate bedside manner she professionally displays every visit and her approachable demeanor coupled with transparency greatly helps the Doctor/Patient relationship!

Hi, I thought the over the phone experience was wonderful with the receptionist my first call to the office. They were extremely helpful upon arriving at the office. They were very courteous. I only waited for a few moments before they took me back into the office and they were extremely helpful, very courteous and friendly and the office doctor Was extremely nice and very very thorough. I definitely would recommend this office again, and I was very impressed with the service I received, and I appreciate it. Meant a lot to me made me feel like they cared.

Got in for the first appointment of the day at 7am. Dr Gorgis was very kind and easy to talk to. She gave clear instructions and follow up plans.

Dr. Gorgis was so kind and sweet! Really warm and good at listening to your concerns. The wait time was really fast (I had an early morning appointment, arrived 20 minutes early to fill out forms and was called in 10 minutes after I got there, so I was seen even before my appointment time) and all the staff was really professional and nice as well. Really recommend her and this location.
