I provided them with my ID at the beginning of the appointment. The only downside was when I went back to the front desk at the end of my appointment asking if there’s anything else I need to fill out both eye and the staff forgot that they had my ID so for that everything was perfect. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt my needs were met.
