Dr D’Augustine was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Treated me with care and gave me exactly the right medication for my flu. Feeling great now.

Very nice facility. The wait was unusually long - about an hour and fifteen - but worth it. The various nurses and techs are top-notch and the doctor himself explains things fully and patiently, clearly knows his profession inside and out, and has the best bedside manner I've seen in my adult life - thorough expertise provided with kindness and gentle humor. Make sure you set aside ample time, but expect to walk out with a plan and just plain feeling better.

Still waiting to be seen, arrived at 9:18 am to complete any paperwork
It is now 11:37am and I'm still waiting
Don't choose this place if you're looking for efficiency

There were very few people there, but I had to wait 3.5 hours before seeing the doctor. Once I saw him, without even asking, he attempted to turn the visit into a physical, which I assume is why the wait was so long for so many people.
Another charming interaction:
"Do you identify as male?"
"Yes."
"I'm sorry for asking such stupid questions, but I have to ask now."
I will never return to this doctor.

I arrived more than 5 minutes early, in case there was paperwork to sign. I did and finished the paperwork prior to my assigned time. Expecting to be seen soon, it was more than 2 hours before I saw the doctor and at that point was way over my time. I won't be returning. I don't recall ever waiting this long to see a doctor for a checkup.

I waited 3 hours and 45 minutes to see the doctor. Everyone there was kind, but it was a miserable wait time for a simple prescription.

I ultimately had an unsatisfactory experience at Dr. D'Augustine's office, which cost me out of pocket and was a big waste of time.
My original appointment was booked through ZocDoc, but was not confirmed days later. I called in to confirm it myself, but the office needed to reschedule me later in the week. Come of the day of the appointment, I arrive at the office and I am given the option of waiting 3 hours or rescheduling again. We confirm for a later date. On the day of, I wait for about 60 minutes before seeing the doctor for blood work and physical. We schedule a follow up appointment for results.
The results appointment, of course, gets rescheduled to a later date. Finally, the results come back and they are inaccurate! Something happened at the lab and the readings don't even make sense. Dr. D'Augustine said we needed to draw new blood and start over. I decline.
At the end of it all, I get slammed with a bill for an appointment that Dr. D'Augustine said himself could be done over the phone, and I can't get the office manager on the phone for a conversation.
Between the scheduling, results, and overall headache, I seriously cannot recommend a visit to Dr. D'Augustine's office.

I had an appointment at 11 am, and came out at 1:40, after exams and question that could have last half an hour. Seems that they have one person to do everything. For example: In one moment the nurse told me I must take off my shirt and wait in a (cold) room for another nurse, and after 15 minutes nobody showed up. I had to go to the front desk to ask attention.
Besides that, they were less than clear about the charges. In the beginning they wanted to charged me, even though I was clear about the general purpose when I made the appointment through zod doc. If not, what is the purpose to put it on the website? Ok, a mistake. And after that, the doctor said that "maybe" I could have something, so the visit was medical and needed to be charged. A very bad morning. Please do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Dr. D'Augustine was great—very friendly and professional. However, the wait time was outta control, and apparently the doctor and his staff were not even in the building when I arrived for my noon appointment. I was also asked to answer questions multiple times that I had already answered on ZocDoc prior to arriving, which was pretty frustrating.

I was leaving to go to my appointment and they called me to push back my appointment and hour. I told them I was in severe pain and asked them if there was any way the could accommodate me. They said they would be unable to, so I just had to deal with it. I then showed up for my appointment and then had to wait to see the doctor for 3 hours while I sobbed and expressed how intense my pain was. They apologized and I finally got to see the doctor, but he didn't really give me any help information or answers. It was overall a truly horrible and frustrating experience.

He's a great doctor and he and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, but the wait was soooo long -- almost three hours. I probably won't go back because of the wait time.

Both times I've been to the office to see the doctor has been almost a two hour wait before I see the doctor. Last time, I was waiting for an hour before they weighted me and took my pressure. Next week will be my fourth visit to the office for what was just a simple physical. Why?
1st visit: Wait of 2 hours to see the doctor. Understandable since it's my first time. Doctor was patient, if a bit slow. Nurses were neither extremely nice or rude.
2nd visit: Came back to discuss the results of my blood test. A wait of 2 hours on an office that's 2/3rd's empty. The whole meeting with the doctor took 10 mins. Another blood test.
3rd visit: Not enough blood was taken on my last blood test. Arrive to hear one of the nurses complain that she clocked out already and she wasn't going to take my blood. All of this in front of me in the reception area. 30 mins. in the office.
Just got called that I need to go again because the lab said they didn't take enough blood (!!!) again. Seriously? I definitely going to switch doctor, even though he's good and a nice person, but he needs to get better staff that can do their job well.

I waited over three hours to see the doctor the first time. Each time I asked for an update I was told soon. Each visit has been more than a hour wait. I know tell them that I will be leaving at this time and will need to reschedule, that is the only way that I have seen the doctor close to the appointment time.
