I've never had a doctor that I have seen outside of a yearly physical to get my work insurance discount. I recently started having a recurring issue with headaches and wanted to find a doctor where I feel comfortable seeking treatment over a longer period of time and I can get in. Dr. Sandella truly listened to my issues, made me feel heard, and their office is brand spanking new! So far everyone I have spoken with has been amazing from reception, to the pre-auth folks, to Dr. Sandella herself. I think this may be my new home for medical care.

The doctor was really rude to my husband. He wanted to help translate and she told him to let me speak directly. When I couldn’t answer a question my husband told me that the doctor requested you to speak, then the doctor told my husband that she was going to ask him to leave if he was going to be a distraction. The doctor was incredibly rude. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I recently moved and got new insurance through my workplace so I needed a new doctor. I went in for an annual physical along with some concerns I had and she was very informative. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a new doctor in the area.
