My experience with Dr. Hales was absolutely outstanding. He is totally sensitive to the concerns of his patients, and most importantly, he took a huge amount of time with both my wife and I in explaining is great detail the outcome of the tests which were done on me. Left us both feeling very confident of his diagnosis and also his recommendations for follow up.

The doctor was very nice. The only problem I had was they never told me that they don't treat children. So it was a wasted appointment. Somehow her birth date was entered wrong so they didn't know the patient was a child until we came to the appointment. I would recommend this doctor for adults. He is very nice and knowledgeable. The check in process was smooth. The admin staff were very nice. I think my problem was a fluke.
