Jeff R. Hischke, M.D. grew up in Seabrook, Texas. He is a board certified family physician who completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in 1990. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University in 1995 and then went on to complete his internship and residency in Family Medicine in Austin. Dr. Hischke stayed in the Central Texas area to work in Emergency and Urgent Care as well as Private Practice until relocating to Dallas area. He joined Family Medicine Associates in March 2000. He and his wife reside in Plano.
