Good visit but the insurance did not pay due to the doctor office did not verify or add no Cigna Cigna to their list of doctors. I think he were last year and he supposed to verify that he was continuing with that with Cigna, but I don’t think that took place so needless to say they had I had to get another doctor Primary Doctor

I enjoyed my overall time at this provider, the only downsides would be the office seems a bit small and unorganized for a doctors office, it made my visit seem a bit sketchy but as an experience the nurses and doctor were fully professional, friendly and helpful during my time. Dr. Chance explained everything in medical detail and asked me questions to get more information about my illments. He was extremely easy to talk to and explained everything clearly, allowing for me to ask quesions.

Doctors Plus Family Medicine offers same day visits for both chronic and acute medical problems. We have an onsite lab and on site x-rays. We also offer DOT exams, drug screens, workers comp visits, school physicals, occupational medicine services, BAT, breathalyzer tests and sports physicals.

I would recommend this office highly the staff was incredibly friendly. They listened to me. They answered all of my questions. They were very caring and made sure through the entire process that I understood everything.!

Jeff was awesome I've had a few visits to this urgent care due to health issues. I've never liked going to the doctor's since little the staff is very friendly and professional. They referred me of jeff as a primary care doc. I gave him a chance I don't regret the decision. We sat down and talked about me and my wants and concerns very professional. Thus far I plan to continue coming back. Thank you ??
