I felt I was in good hands with a true expert. Evaluation and treatment were swift.
I drove almost an hour to get there, waited and waited and finally was told that I didn't have an appointment...even though I had your confirmation. The lady at the front desk told me NEVER to book online because it was never done correctly. She told me to call the office direct and book another appointment. When I asked for a card, she acted very irritated about it. Not professional...I would go to another Dr. but Dr. Budoff was highly recommended to me so I will give it another try but I'm going to make sure he knows what happened.
The office staff is very nice, friendly, and efficient. The office itself is also very nice! Dr. Budoff is very professional, personable, and made sure I understood what was going on with my hands. I enjoyed his sense of humor! He gave me cortisone shots in both hands, and it was fast and practically pain free! Will definitely go back if and when I need to.
The office staff was awesome. That is important since they are the first line of contact. I could tell Dr. Budoff read over my medical info before entering my room. I look for that in a doctor. Very good manners and discussion was to my understanding. Sent me for X-rays and received the results in the same visit which allowed him to start a plan of action to assist with my pain.
Very pleased with Dr. Budoff. Very profession, efficient and very easy to talk with. Would certainly recommend him.
It was great
I will recommend him. He was professional without being pretentious. He was informative and personal.
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Budoff. His staff and nurses were very pleasant and helpful. He was very thorough in my examination and explained his treatment plan. I did not feel rushed and was given an opportunity to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Budoff and I will continue seeing him for the arthritis in my finger.
The overall appointment was great! Everyone was very nice.
Dr. Budoff and his staff were SO NICE and professional.... I can't express enough how satisfied I am
Wouldn't not recommend making an appt with ZocDoc.
Dr. Budoff operated on both of my hands for CTS. He is the best.
Very personable and informative. Almost made the pain worthwhile!
I liked him, think he is a good doctor, just think on followup for results of nerve test is something that could of been done over the phone.
Very efficient and effective.
Thought he explained everything I needed to know and he ordered the appropriate tests for my codition.
I scheduled my appointment 7 days out, and the day before my appt. I was called by his nurse to tell me that they don't see patients in the med center on that day. I had already taken off work for this appt., as had my sister to accompany me. They offered to reschedule for the same day, but I had to go to Katy instead. I also received a ZocDoc email confirmation the day before for my now non-existent appointment at the med center. After reading rave reviews on Dr. Budoff on Angie's List, I was excited and looking forward to my appointment and getting some answers. However, I was VERY disappointed in the treatment I received. My sister (who is a retired physician) and I both felt he was rude.
What more could you ask for? It was very easy to get an appointment and I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen, so props to the friendly office staff! Dr. Budoff's credentials, professionalism and knowledge are all very impressive. I went in for a second opinion and have scheduled surgery within 2 weeks of my initial appointment. Even though the surgery is at a private surgical center, the overall price was actually a tad less than the first surgeon I had seen.
I feel confident that he will be able to help me regain function of my right arm. He was empathetic to my situation and I appreciate that. Some people can be so judgmental and make assumptions that you just want off work or just want pain medications, not understanding that all you want is to be whole again. I have Hope again that my life will return to normal again. Thanks
The time i picked on zocdoc was not even an option for time of my appt. I had to wait almost an extra week to be seen
Liked the way he recorded all patient info and medical assessments on live recorder.
It wasn't just me he noticed his terrible bed side manner but also my friend who took me to have my surgery done. He also did not spend much time following up with me and was unconcerned and cold about issues that I had after surgery.
i felt unhurried, even though we started late, sometimes that can't be avoided. I felt like everyone really cared about me.
Staff was super helpful. Dr was efficient, diagnosed the problem and treated successfully on the spot. Perfect!
I was pleasantly surprised! I expected a long wait, rude staff, & uncaring doctor. But that was not the case at all! I was called in right away even though there were several other people ahead of me. Dr. Budoff was enthusiatic, kind & very proffessional. He assessed my finger issues and took care of it right on the spot! (I was told by two previous md's that I needed surgery..) His staff was organized and very friendly. As I mentioned before I was pleasantly surprised!
Professional, to the point, but empathetic . Great experience and I will forward his name.
staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Budoff was quick but went right to the problem.
Quick and efficient, but adequate time to clarify.
I saw Dr Budoff for a broken wrist that did not heal correctly after two surgeries with another surgeon. He knew exactly what needed to be done to repair the wrist correctly. I had a third surgery with Dr Budofff and three months after surgery my wrist is almost as good as before I broke it. I had several visits. Sometimes I was seen in much less than 30 minutes and others I waited close to an hour.
Dr. Budoff is extremely knowledgable - top in his profession
Ok. He was friendly.
It went very well. He is a very sweet mannered Doc. Like him very well.
The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr.Budoff seems very intelligent and capable. I'm going to let him do surgery on my elbow in the near future.
very professional. Comfortable and understandable.
He was very nice and showed lots of compassion.
Dr. Budoff was very easy to talk to and seemed to be very attentive. His staff is excellent, too!
he was very professional. Explained my problem and treated me . Am sure he is the dr.to successfully operate on my shoulder in the future.
Very productive and fast.
Since I accidentally ignored their confirmation call and voicemail, they did not have my appt. I had to wait an hour, but this was not their fault so I can not blame them. Dr. Budoff was great. Quick diagnosis and was able to give me the shot to help the problem immediately. I was actually so surprised about the shot, I had a brief adrenaline rush, which made me dizzy when I went to check out. The staff at Katy was great. I told them I was dizzy (this happen to me before so I knew I just needed to sit for a minute), and they immediately let me come sit at their desk, got me some water, and gave me the Reese's peanut butter cup one of the girls were saving :). May not seem that impressive, but they just as easily could've stuck me back in the lobby, so I appreciated it (especially after I had not confirmed my appt and made them fall behind!). As long as my hand stays feeling better, it will be a 100% positive experience.
Quick diagnosis and helpful solutions/options for the issues with my hand
I had to wait a while. But, he is thorough with his explanations, options, treatments and he spends all the time you need with him, so I suspect his respect for the patient's needs often leads to delays in appointments. That is a reason I can live with a wait; I know he will spend whatever time he needs to with me.
I thought he was great!
The entire visit from signing in to exiting was easy and convenient. The doctor visit was thorough yet quick. All staff were very professional.
Dr. Budoff was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. I now feel that I will be able to resolve my problems.
Very attentive and showed concern for patient.
Dr. Budoff is awesome. He is fast, to the point and gentle but also acts like you are the only patient he has. Rare gift these days.
