Dr. Cabotajie is very personable and knowledgeable, but the nursing staff was a bit rude. They made me feel very unwelcome when I didn't have my daughter's previous vaccination records. I was able to work it out with the doctor but the nurse had been trying to send me away. I had to insist to even get to see the doctor. It tarnished the experience a bit but I think we will still go back.

Dr. Cabotaje has been in private practice for over 10 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN and obtained his medical degree in his home state at West Virginia University School of Medicine. In 1998, Dr. Cabotaje returned to the Midwest to pursue postgraduate training in pediatrics at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center. After his training, he remained at UIC to serve as Pediatric Chief Resident and also worked in the inpatient units and special care nursery at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. In 2002, Dr. Cabotaje joined Pediatrics Unlimited.
Dr. Cabotaje is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Illinois State Medical Society.

I've been going to Dr. Jeffrey Cabotaje since I was born. He's very patient, understanding, and very personal. He listens to everything that is going on and gives you the best recommendation he can so that you be better.

The staff is always friendly and always figure out a way to fit us in at a time that works. Dr. Cabotaje was great with my daughter. He even got her to smile when she was sick.

Dr. Cabotaje is fantastic - we are so lucky to have found him. He is our older son's pediatrician as well. We brought Charlie in with his first cold today, and as he is only six weeks old, we were concerned. Dr. Cabotaje's knowledgable advice and great manner made us feel more at ease as we get our little Charlie back to health. Love, love, love this practice!
